• Set-Up Charges

  Screen: $31.25(G) per color per location.
  Decal: $31.25(G) per location.

• Less Than Minimum Charge

  Imprinted orders $93.75 (G) per color. Less than minimum charges will apply for any item for which the minimum quantity is not ordered. Not available on 54 Qt Steel Belted Cooler with Wrap.

• Split Shipment Charges

  Add $6.25 (G) per additional destination after the first.

• Overruns / Underruns

  Factory reserves the right to ship and bill any overages not to exceed 5%.

• Freight Terms To Continental U.S.

  F.O.B. Wichita, KS. Shipping and handling will be pre-paid and added to invoice. Title of goods passes to customers at the time the merchandise is assigned a carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damages in route. After initial billing, additional freight charges may occur for incorrect addresses, zip codes or additional carrier charges. A handling fee of $2.50 (net) for ground and $5.00(net) for freight will be charged per destination for shipments on customer-supplied account numbers.

• Freight Claims

  Claims for freight adjustments, breakage, damaged goods, and delays in transit must be reported within 5 days of receipt of product. Goods should be inspected immediately upon arrival. If damage or shortage is found, discuss with carrier at time of delivery for immediate inspection and documentation. Inspection should be made at once in order to file a claim with the carrier. Credit will be issued upon receipt of paid claim.

• Truck Shipments

  Orders requiring pallets will be charged $12.00(net) per pallet.

• Approved Graphics Software

  Preferred:
  • Adobe Creative Suite CS3
  Acceptable:
  • Adobe Illustrator (up to CS5)
  • Corel Draw (up to X5)
  • Photoshop (up to CS5)

• Approved File Formats

  Vector Art:
  (Vector art, such as Illustrator files, provide superior reproduction quality and allow images to be re-sized without loss of sharpness or detail)
  •EPS, AI, PDF - all files must be compatible with Illustrator or Corel Draw. Files saved in old versions of software may import incorrectly.
  •All type must be converted to paths (outlines).
  •Files with placed or linked images must contain the original image files or the images should be embedded into the document.
  Bitmap Files
  •Acceptable file formats are: EPS, TIFF, PDF, PSD at 300 dpi.
  •All files must be compatible with Photoshop CS5.

• Art Charges

  First 15 minutes of art labor is included at no charge. Additional art labor $55 (G) per hour

• Terms

  Net 30 days upon approval of credit. Accepted credit cards are: MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. Payments must be made in U.S. funds.

  Chart shows standard colors available for imprint. When ordering, please indicate color choice by including number and name.

• Product Substitution Policy

  •Based on product availability, products may be replaced with an item of equal or greater value without notice.

• Inserts

  Inserting brochures, letters or cards is available for 1.25 (E) per piece.

• Random Samples

  Sample of product imprinted with random art charged at "End Quantity Price" (EQP).

By submitting order and artwork to Jarden Custom, the customer represents that the use or display of artwork will not violate any applicable laws or client restrictions. Customer hereby agrees to hold Jarden Custom harmless of all claims.

• Preproduction Samples

• Proof Policy

  •PDF Proof - 1st pdf proof is FREE, however, if an additional pdf proof is requested, each additional pdf proof will be invoiced at the rate of $18.75(G).

• Non-Imprinted Products

  Sold in case pack quantities.
